Garmsar - poultry feed factory

This project is one of the most complex and complex industrial projects covering an area of ​​4550 square meters and has been constructed to produce poultry feed.
 Due to the dampness of the plant site and to prevent earthquakes and earthquakes, floods, severe winds, hurricanes, tornadoes, rain and snow and all natural disasters after loading all important points such as under walls and under all.  The foundations have been blockaded with a volume of 2024 cubic meters, which has consumed 250 tonnes of cement (5000 pcs), 2342 tonnes of over-sized, 1657 tonnes of sand, 306 tonnes of sand, 1226 tonnes of concrete.
A) Production Tower:
 Excavation of 7/5 meters with 2.5 meters blockage and pile beneath 7 columns with dimensions of 1* 1* 5/5 meters (Explain that these wells after soil mechanics test and negative depth of 5.7  Meters have been dug and we have reached a depth of 13 meters, which is puzzled inside these wells by 12-meter columns with 400-degree concrete)
 It has 16 columns, 8 of which are boxes and 8 are H's.
 It should be noted that the design of the skeleton is frictional, which is why it uses a double-sided spring washer.
 Consumer bolts are manufactured in a custom made production tower.
 Steel bolt with DIN EN 14399-4 standard and class 10.9
 Steel washers according to DIN EN 14399-6 and Class 10
 Column plate with 80 * 80 dimensions and 3cm thickness and 8 bolt anchors score 32 on each Base Plat with 16 columns totaling 128 and weighing 2550kg.
 Total area: 1208 square meters
 Accuracy of installation of columns below 5 mm
 The production tower is approximately 36 meters high with a steel frame and a beam of 6 floors, one of which is in the basement and weighs about 200 tons.  Armed with a height of 5.4 meters, it has a very good resistance due to the involvement of the concrete wall with skeleton cutters.  The flooring of the tower is made of 3mm black ribbed sheet with a variety of profiles such as honeycomb and full-bore welding and the use of 4cm self drill screws at the edges.  The tower was designed to accommodate all plant equipment and was designed and implemented according to the plan of all openings while flooring.
B) Niches:
 The project consists of 3 nesting halls with an area of ​​1164 m 2 with 9 m height and 11 m crown with common tree columns.  Two of the niches are underground, all surrounded by reinforced concrete walls (shear walls) and are connected to the basement of the production tower and are blocked by foundation at a height of 1.5 m.  It is also blocked below all foundation foundations with a height of 1 m.  Even under the walls of the storerooms inside the niches are blocked to a height of 1 meter.
C) Office Building:
 The project has an office building with a concrete structure with a total area of ​​300 square meters, which is constructed on two floors, which is 3 m high and has a 2 m blockage under its foundation.
 The interior and exterior walls are fully 3D paneled, highly resistant to earthquakes and strong winds, helping to lighten the building and provide sound and energy insulation.  The building has about 700 square meters of 3D panel.
D) 50 ton weights:
 Underneath this scales, it was excavated to a depth of 2.5 m and measuring 13 x 3 x 2 m, and then its foundation was applied so that it would not settle over time.
E) The equipment of this factory is manufactured in the Netherlands and all motherboard designs for the production tower were provided by the device manufacturer and due to differences in Iranian and European standards all the designs were returned to Iranian standards and in accordance with the execution plan.  It has been approved by foreign guests as well.
