The project is implemented in 6 floors.  Includes 1 floor parking and 5 residential floors.  The dimensions of the ground are 212 square meters, each floor 150 square meters and the total area 900 square meters with concrete structure.

 This project was very difficult to execute for the following reasons:

 1. Because of the narrow alleyway, the building was on a steep slope so that the height of the project was 1.5 m high and the materials were very difficult to reach.

 2. Due to the mountainous nature, the groundwater flowed through it, draining it under water to prevent damage to the building, and waterproofing the foundation and concrete walls of the parking lot.

 3. The adjacent buildings were very old and we used 19 guards under their walls to demolish the previous building.

 4. Due to the importance of this project, all parking walls, staircase walls, and elevator walls to the roof are all reinforced concrete walls.
